Tucked away in the hills above the bay, Villa Aya (booking code: AYA) is a modern 2-bedroom villa located in St-Jean, just a short walk from the beach and minutes from shopping and restaurants. Enjoy views of the Caribbean sea and rolling green hills of St. Barts as you experience simple luxuries and classic Caribbean living.

Living Spaces

The open-plan great room at Aya Villa consists of a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Soft sofas in the living room are ideal for relaxation with a morning coffee. Enjoy cozy evenings with a wall-mounted TV, or open the entire space to the pool terrace, letting you cool the space with the gentle island breeze.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The warm and inviting kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals during your stay. A marble-topped island separates the kitchen from the rest of the great room, and a small dining table with seating for up to 5 guests is also present. For formal dinner parties, a dining table for 8 sits outside underneath a gazebo.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom is on either side of the great room, ensuring peace, quiet, and privacy for guests. Both have a plush king-sized bed, ensuite with a spacious shower, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead directly onto the terrace from each bedroom, so you can start each day with stunning views of the Caribbean.
